I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel in Malang. The location is great, as it is near the train station and pretty close to the town center. It made it very convenient for me to explore the city and visit the various attractions. The staff here is extremely friendly and always willing to assist with any queries or requests. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I especially enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, where I could relax and take in the beautiful views. The hotel also offers a range of services, such as room service, car hire, and laundry, which added to the overall comfort and convenience of my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to access. It is also situated in close proximity to the town center, allowing guests to easily explore the area. there are public places nearby, such as the bird and flower market, adding to the convenience of the location.

We stayed at this hotel over Christmas and had a decent experience. The location was very convenient, with many key attractions within walking distance. We were able to explore the town easily and also the train station was close by. The well-maintained garden was a pleasant surprise, despite the limited space. the location and the nice garden were definitely the best aspects of our stay.
While our stay had its positives, there were some aspects that left us disappointed. The room facilities were not up to par with a higher star rating, with creaky beds and an old CRT TV.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast was amazing; a lot of variety and fresh ingredients. The location was perfect, close to the town center and the bird and flower market, which was lovely to walk through. The garden was well-maintained and offered a nice spot for some afternoon relaxation.
The room was a bit outdated and could use some refreshing. However, the staff was quick to address our concerns and move us to a different room, which had better water pressure.
